1. Choose a shopping template

Shopping category

Start from everyday examples. Replace anything that does not suit you. Changing a non-empty template asks before replacing your current list.

Photo decoding works only on supported browsers. If unsupported, use your chosen AI's + → Camera / Photos to attach barcode or product pictures. This launcher does not retain photographs.

2. Choose your AI

Edit the initial prompt

This is the fixed launcher instruction. It tells the AI where the Markdown app lives and how to start. It is kept separate from your shopping list.

3. Start shopping research

When you open the AI, the launcher joins the initial prompt and the saved shopping list into one launch message.

Inside the AI: use its normal chat interface. When it asks for products, tap the + / attachment icon beside the message box. Choose Camera for new barcode photos or Photos / Gallery for saved images. Add as many as needed, then type NEXT.

4. Compare evidence from your AI

Your AI should return dated prices and direct retailer links using the ALETHEIA_SHOP_PRICE_QUOTES_JSON format. Paste that result below. No price feed or made-up examples are built in.

5. shopping-list.md and week-by-week graph

Lists and explicitly recorded, dated comparisons are kept locally. Import an existing file or save a new copy. A browser cannot silently update files in Downloads.
